Firmly entrenched in South Florida for several decades, the lawyers and staff of Greenberg & Stone have a deep emotional connection with the area and its people. With offices in Miami, Weston and Boca Raton, we care deeply for all those we encounter on a daily basis. We are grateful for the beautiful area we live in and for those who make South Florida the wonderful place that it is.

We also realize that there are people out there who unfortunately have had great difficulty in there lives. Serious diseases like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease know no bounds, and affect all of us. The difficult economic times we live in can also impact anyone. We at Greenberg & Stone are blessed to have what we have, and know that, as part of this community, must help others when we can.

Community involvement and service is a fundamental part of our firm. Each year, our attorneys and staff do some amount of pro bono legal work. But Greenberg & Stone is about so much more than legal work. Stewart Greenberg has served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Organization (JAFCO) and chaired their capital fundraising campaign for their new Children's Village in Sunrise, Florida. Howard Weitzner is currently involved with Homesafe, an organization in Palm Beach County dedicated to providing care, treatment and shelter to abused and neglected children.

The firm has been involved in numerous charitable functions, including sponsoring and participating in the Vision Walk at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Ft. Lauderdale, a charity designed to fight associated causes of blindness. Greenberg & Stone will soon be participating in a walk to benefit cancer research, and has planned to become involved in many other exciting and important events for the coming year. Additionally, Greenberg & Stone is part of the Put Something Back initiative, a pro bono legal service program run by the Miami-Dade court system.
