Mark D. Stone is a native of Coral Gables, Dade County, Florida and he has practiced law in the South Florida area since 1986. Mr. Stone specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance law. Additionally, he has extensive experience in professional malpractice cases, aviation matters, and product liability litigation. In 1996 Mr. Stone became one of the youngest attorneys to ever receive the top ranked "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell directory of lawyers. For more information, contact us. Mr. Stone was awarded a Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University School of Law, Tallahassee, Florida in May 1986. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University in 1982. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Stone is a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, The American Bar Association, and The Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Stone is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
