Linda is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has practiced law in South Florida since 1995. She focuses her practice in complex Family Law litigation, including dissolution of marriage, international  custody, child support and alimony. Additionally, she is a certified Family Mediator. Linda is part of an elite group that took part in an intensive Advanced Negotiating Tactics seminar held at Harvard University in 2003.

In 1994, Linda was the recipient of the Award for Heroism given to her by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida, for her achievements as an unsung hero of the department's strategic planning.

She was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1992. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree, Suma Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1988.

Linda is a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She is a Member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and a Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. She is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and Puerto Rico Bar.
