Negligent Supervision at Day Care Results in Serious Injury to Toddler

We handled and settled a case of negligent supervision by a preschool facility in Broward County that resulted in serious injury to one its students. The preschool failed to properly supervise and control the toddlers and infants in its custody. A young boy fell and suffered multiple fractures to his leg in an accident that could have been avoided if the school's employees had watched him more carefully.

Miami Cemetery Loses the Remains of a Loved One

The firm was recently featured in multiple news outlets for its representation of a family who is suing a Miami cemetery that lost the remains one of their family members.
