Niurys Robaina is an associate attorney at Greenberg, Stone & Urbano, and the newest practicing member of the firm. Ms. Robaina practices civil litigation, focused primarily on Personal Injury and First Party Homeowner and Business Insurance claims.
As a first generation Cuban-American, Ms. Robaina was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish. She attended Florida International University as a Bright Futures Scholar, obtaining her a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and undergraduate degree in Political Science. In 2018, Ms. Robaina earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Robaina received a Dean's Scholarship for all three years and a Dean's List award every semester, and graduated in the top 10% of her class. During her time as a member of the FIU College of Law, Ms. Robaina participated in the Moot Court competition.
In addition, Ms. Robaina clerked at Greenberg, Stone & Urbano, learning the practical aspects and the high-paced day to day realities of working at a law firm. Furthermore, Ms. Robaina also clerked for the Honorable Judge Barbara Areces of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, gaining invaluable insight into the courtroom.
Ms. Robaina is licensed to practice in all Florida State courts and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. She is committed to advocating for her client's rights and demanding maximum available compensation for those she represents.
